From NY 17 and US 81:
From US 81, bear left, following NY 17 East toward NYC. Take exit 4 South to NY 7 South. Continue straight ahead to NY 363 South (Brandywine Highway). Take exit to NY 434 West (Vestal Parkway). Cross the State St. bridge. Turn left at first light on to S. Washington St. At next light, turn right on to Vestal Ave. Turn left onto Pennsylvania Avenue.

From NY 11, 12, or US 88:
Enter US 81, bear left, following NY 17 East toward NYC and follow directions for NY 17 and US 81 above.

From NY 26:
Take exit to NY 434 (Vestal Parkway). At the first light, turn right, heading east on NY 434 (Vestal Parkway). Proceed through 12 stoplights (about 10 miles). After the twelfth stoplight, bear right off of NY 434 (Vestal Parkway) on Pennsylvania Ave. exit.

From NY 434 (Vestal Parkway):
Heading east on NY 434 (Vestal Parkway), be right off of NY 434 (Vestal Parkway) on Pennsylvania Ave. exit. At light, turn left on Vestal Ave. Then turn right on to Pennsylvania Avenue.
